Hello Shopify Community,
I need your help! I own Casynova.com, an online store selling phone cases, but I'm struggling to get enough conversions to make it profitable. Despite investing in paid marketing on Google and Meta, I'm not seeing the desired results.
Casynova.com has been live since November 2022, and I've worked hard on the website's design and product selection. However, I'm not getting enough sales.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback on the following:
Website Design: Is Casynova.com visually appealing and easy to navigate?
Product Selection: Are the phone cases offered appealing? Any suggestions to improve the selection?
Conversion Optimization: Are there any aspects of the website or checkout process that could be improved to increase conversions?
Marketing Strategy: How can I optimize my marketing efforts? Any ideas beyond Google and Meta?
Your insights and suggestions would mean the world to me.

I'm Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Have a sticky header
At the moment, the header looks great with a prominent search bar. It would be even better if it’s sticky. The sticky header will help your visitors navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.
2. Recheck your banner in the slideshow
The banner holds great importance in hero content. It serves as the initial visual that visitors encounter when they land on your website. You should convey your offerings to customers within the first 5 seconds of their visit.
As you can see in my screenshot above, the hero banner can describe exactly what you are selling but it is cut off. Therefore, you should change the image here.
And please make the slideshow autoplay so your customers will know there are more to explore.
3. Highlight the CTA buttons
You’ve done an excellent job when you place a “Shop now” button here as the CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase.
I would like to recommend you add a hover state to the button to make it more eye catching. And please make sure that all CTA buttons on your page have a consistent styling to boost the conversion rate.
4. Add overlay color for the background
The contrast here is not good enough to read the white text so the text might be easily overlooked. That’s why I suggest you add overlay color to the background image
5. Increase spacing among sections
This helps your customers absorb the information more efficiently.
6. Have an About Us section
A brand story allows customers to gain a deeper understanding of your business and enhances the overall appeal of your store.
Additionally, do not miss out on promotional campaigns from now until the end of the year. This is a golden opportunity to increase your conversion rate by thoroughly preparing for the upcoming holiday season. If you haven't started preparing for the Back-To-School period yet, there's no need to worry! There is still ample time to take full advantage of this chance. Here are some suggestions to help you get started:
