Hi 

I have placed an order with a company on this platform who have now gone quiet after promising a refund because their promised deliveries haven't turned up.

 

How do I report this company to shopify?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. 
 
With that being said, if you are unable to get into contact with the business that you have made a purchase from, my suggestion would be to speak to your bank or credit card company about the situation. They should have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase.
 
If you suspect that this online store is operating on the Shopify platform and is violating our Terms of Service and/or our Acceptable Use Policy, you can file a report with the merchant here.
