Hi, @Smoothe ,
This is QuickCEP, an automated and refined marketing software that can help you boost sales.
I’ve just checked your website, and found some of the problems, hoping the answer below could help you out.
Your website has no sales. I don’t know if there are users that added the products to their shopping cart. Where are these 8K customers come form?. Is the traffic from social media, SEO, Google keywords ad, or you don’t even know, you also need to analyze how many of these 8K users that added to the shopping cart, and how many have reached the payment interface. Figure out what stops them from further conversion, classify them from the difference stage of transferring.
Detailed analysis will need accurate data, we are very welcome to discuss specific solutions if you provide more of your information.
Let’s focus more on the aspect of conversion. There are still some places on your website that need to be updated. I hope this could be useful.
Navigation bar
There are too many categories in the entire navigation bar, and users will come through a lot of difficulties when filtering the products, they need. It is recommended to use some products as secondary categories, so that the font of the navigation bar can be larger, and users can filter products in a more hierarchical manner.
Content Marketing
Your website does not have any marketing tools. When you visit other stores with better selling, you will always encounter some valuable marketing modules, such as: product pop-up windows, which can effectively increase the probability of users leaving emails. Learn and watch from other excellent websites make use of relevant strategies to the pages of your own website.
The specific example is shown in the figure below:
Add discounts in the pop-up window, and guide your customers to leave their contact information, thereby promoting the retention rate.
Consultation
In your website, I only found a phone number at the very bottom, which is extremely inconvenient for buyers, if they want to ask some questions, I prefer to communicate with text on your website rather than make a phone call.
You can add emails to the website, but email communication cannot solve customer problems in a short time. It’s strongly recommended that add a sidebar consulting module.
A specific example is shown in the figure below:
Customers trust
It is recommended that you add a brand story on the homepage and add some customers’ comments on the product details page. These are necessary to cultivate user trust, and they can also increase the conversion rate.
If you find this answer helpful, please give us a Like and Accept the solution.
Best Regards,
QuickCEP
Hi @Smoothe,
This is Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.
I have just had a look at your store. I have just some small things I'd suggest for your Homepage and Product page for a better chance of gaining sales. May it help!
Homepage
1. Highlight CTA buttons
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, a product page, etc.
You can change the background color for the button and adjust size for the text.
2. Add favicon to your store
Having a favicon for your store will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it.
3. Highlight the product price and product title
Increase the product price and title visibility by using a large font size, bold text style, or eye-catching color.
4. Have an announcement bar
Basically, the announcement bar will announce information about shipping and discount or any promotion campaign of a store. For example, a Countdown timer is a tip to encourage customers to make decisions quickly.

5. Add testimonial - customer reviews
Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

Product Page
1. Include both User rating average and number of ratings for product
When you are getting feedback and rating from customers, you can take it into consideration to add them. Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.
2. Setting sale prices for products
When you put a product on sale for a lower price, you might want your customers to be able to see the original price, so they see the price comparison. The product listing updates on your online store to show that the item is on sale. It may help increase your conversion rate.
These are some suggestions for improving the design. Let me know if you have any questions.
Good luck and have a nice day!
Warmest regards,
Victor | PageFly
Hi @Smoothe,
I can see that you've been hard at work building your store. However, your website is only one part of a strategy to get sales! The other crucial parts of that strategy are:
1. Content: your store needs content.
I cannot see any evidence of a blog, dedicated informative pages, or videos on your site. So why don't you:
2.Marketing: you need a marketing strategy:
