Hi! I have been encountering the weirdest shipping issue. I spoke to the postal service and they said this is a shopify issue. A few of my orders, when i create a label ( this was for a return label) it generates a tracking number that has been previously used. When i go track the order, it says it was already delivered two months before the label was even created! This happened a few times and the postal service does not know why. Please advise!! this is very frustrating because I cant track packages.
