Shop does not convert at all

Hey guys,

 

my shop is not doing good at all. We had a couple of visitors (300) via meta ads but none of the sessions converted. We didnt even have someone who added a product to his cart. The ads are the same pictures as our product pictures so the customer does not get surprised and gets what he is looking for.

The initial page that requires customers to click a button to enter the store is a barrier. Most customers may not click through and could leave without exploring your site. Consider allowing direct access to the store to improve user retention.

 

2. Add a Hero Section:

 

Your homepage would benefit greatly from a hero section. This should introduce your store, highlight your unique selling points, and showcase your main products. It's crucial to make this section visually appealing and informative to capture and retain visitor interest immediately.

3. Product Collection Overview:

 

A product collection section on the homepage will give customers an overview of what you offer. Even if you currently have only one product line, this section will be valuable as you expand your offerings in the future.

4. About Us Section:

 

Including an "About Us" section on your homepage will help build an emotional connection with your customers. Sharing your story, values, and mission can foster trust and make customers more likely to purchase from you.

 

5. Reviews/Testimonial Section:

 

Adding a section for customer reviews and testimonials can build credibility and trust. Potential customers are more likely to buy when they see positive feedback from others who have purchased from your store.

 

6. Sales Promotion Section:

 

Highlighting sales promotions on your homepage can draw attention to special offers and discounts. Including a time-sensitive element can create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to make a purchase.

7. Strategic CTA Buttons:

 

Place call-to-action (CTA) buttons strategically throughout your homepage. These buttons should guide users to different sections of your site, increasing engagement and helping customers find what they need more easily.

 

8. Product Image Slider:

 

Implement a slider for your product images so customers can view all images without extensive scrolling. This will enhance the browsing experience and make it easier for customers to see all available options.

 

9. Size Chart in Product Descriptions:

 

Including a size chart directly in the product descriptions will help customers make informed decisions quickly and reduce the likelihood of returns due to sizing issues.

 

10. FAQ, Contact Us, and Chat Widget:

 

Adding an FAQ page will address common customer concerns, while a Contact Us page and a chat widget will facilitate real-time communication, making it easier for customers to reach out with questions or issues.

I can see here that your shop is still new. No to low sales for new stores are normal and will need to be introduce to public more. Try to make video advertisements about your store and products to different platforms such Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram.
