Hi @Victoria_Watson,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

I'm genuinely impressed, especially knowing you're just starting out. Your site has a stylish flair while remaining clean, clear, and professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions to improve your conversion rates:

1. Have a favicon for your store

You should add the Favicon to your store. Favicons are of great importance to the overall effect of your website's imagery, improving its user experience, branding, and professionalism. Its main purpose is to help visitors locate your page easier when they have multiple tabs open. You should use your logo for this icon.

2. Resize the image and make the title more attractive

  • You should make sure the image size is consistent. Images with the same sizes and appropriate layouts help your store become more professional and easier for customers to follow.
  • Besides that, the title also should be alight in the same line and you should make it be more attractive by the way add background color or taking a bold effect for the text, using contrasting.

Besides the collection section, your home page should include more other types of sections and you should reduce quantities of the displayed collection. If you so too many images it can make it hard for buyers to have an overview of your store.

=> The solution in case you still want to show more collections but still take a little bit of space on your page is the slide show effect.

4. Including Testimonials section on your home page

Testimonials are an essential component of any successful Shopify store. It provides social proof, builds credibility, and influences potential customers' purchasing decisions. It can help your online store be more trustworthy.

  • Use Christmas template: This will help to create an inviting and celebratory atmosphere for visitors. Make your customer want to buy more your the holiday.

Congratulations on launching your Shopify store, @Victoria_Watson! I saw on your About Us page that you have been successfully selling on Etsy as well. It sounds like you really enjoy what you do, and it's exciting for your business to have it's own website!

I know that marketplaces like Etsy can be very helpful in bringing traffic to your products through the use of keywords. I'm curious to know whether you've been doing any marketing to draw in additional traffic. Is Labelstone on social media? If you do have social media pages, you can link them in the footer of your website

This guide may come in handy for ideas on bringing visitors to the store: 21 Real Ways To Drive Traffic To Your Website.

Once you start seeing some visitors coming to the store, I think it might be helpful to add a drop-down menu to your home page. I see that the Catalog menu item leads to all products, but it could be a drop-down menu that includes all of the categories listed on your home page along with a "Shop all" option. Including these categories in two places gives customers a better chance of finding what they're looking for. You can also add a footer menu that includes your ContactAbout Us, and Refund Policy pages.

Lastly, it might be worthwhile to invest in a custom domain. Domains can be purchased directly through your Shopify admin, or from a third-party provider that you can then connect to Shopify. Having a custom domain (like labelstone.com rather than labelstone-2901.myshopify.com) can make the store look more professional.

I hope that helps! If there are any changes here that you're interested in applying, please let me know if you have any questions.
