How can I know if a shop is secure for a buyer ?

I've found this site, offering incredible prices. So incredible that I'm not sure it's a real seller and not a scam.

How can I check that ?

I've also found : If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

Globally knowed brand, new items, 80% discount : that's too good to be true.
