yes they have done this to us. After 12 months of successful operations with no charge backs they disabled our account because they want us to resubmit our address....? WTF?? Isn't this what your initial verification is for?? Now to get this fixed I have to contact support which is not an easy process to find, but once you know the trick it's simple - why hide it I"m not sure!!!
just go to the contact support option, then search for any topic and the contact support button will appear. Now you can chat or get a call back. Sit back and spend more time getting something fixed that should never have been broken.
