Shopify Rep just gave me someone else's account info

[Shoopify-Sucks]

I was online with shopify help (after hours of looping and trying to connect with their piss poor customer service/AI platform)

Then the rep, assumingly helping multiple people at one time sent me someone else's bank account info....

I deleted the bank for this post...

This situation should be reported to Shopify immediately, as it violates privacy and security protocols.

1-Contact Shopify Support Directly:

• Use Help Center to report this issue (https://help.shopify.com).
• Request escalation to a higher support level.

2-Document the Incident:

• Save screenshots (with sensitive information redacted) for evidence.
• Provide timestamps and details about your conversation.

3-Request Confirmation:

• Ensure Shopify acknowledges the error and takes corrective actions to secure your account and others.
