I placed a order from a shopify seller and I only have the order ID
I tried reporting the seller but the shopify system is not accepting the link format of order confirmation that I received in my email.
I want a refund from the seller but the seller information is unavailable and the mobile number provided on the packet is not operative.
Kindly help me with the same.
