Shopify store link disconnection through Spocket

Hi there,

I have a Shopify account and also a Spocket account.

I've been in Gmail talks all day yesterday 11/12/22 with a customer support representative named Ria on the Spocket side and what is happening is my Empire plan is repeatedly getting disconnected when I connect my Whitney General Store Shopify store with their platform.

I don't know why this is happening and I'm asking for tier three technical support on the Shopify side with your IT staff and Spocket tier 3 support staff to please help me get this problem resolved.

Basically I am constantly getting my Shopify store link disconnected from Spocket.

For example at 6:36 am Sunday morning I reconnected my Shopify store with Spocket and by 7:07 Sunday morning same day after logging back in my Shopify store was a fourth time disconnected.

Spocket server system than encourages me to link my Shopify store with Spocket which I have already done multiple times, purges my store link and than offers the Empire plan which I am already on.

Spocket system keeps knocking me back down to the Pro plan which I am not on. I am on the Empire plan.

I do not know what is wrong and requesting technical support from both company platforms please.

Furthermore on the Shopify payments area of my account with your company I have already added in my routing and account number to receive customer funds in the future after advertising my Shopify store and that area is blank now. It looks like I will have to add in my routing and account number from my credit union yet again.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jonathan Whitney

Hi there Petfly,

Thank you very much for your possible assistance but I no longer am a Spocket member due to complicated, technical and unresolvable server database glitches.

I went through much hassle at that time and I no longer care about having anything more to do with Spocket.

I will choose several other reliable dropshippers at a later date.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Whitney
