Hello Shopify Community,
I am reaching out in hopes of receiving guidance or assistance from anyone who may have experienced a similar issue or from Shopify's team directly. Over three weeks ago, my stores (Flexivo, Petivo, and SnowShopen) were suddenly suspended without any detailed explanation. Since then, I have tried multiple times to reach out to Shopify's Trust & Safety team but have not received any concrete response or support.
In addition, when I attempt to launch new stores and purchase a plan or theme, I encounter a "server error," after which access to the store is denied. These new stores are immediately locked, just like my other stores. This ongoing issue has caused us significant financial losses and operational setbacks, and the lack of transparency or communication has made it extremely difficult for us to proceed. We have invested heavily in building these stores, including spending $1,140 USD on themes, which is now at risk due to these indefinite suspensions.
If there is anyone who can assist or advise on how to expedite this review or provide direct contact with the Trust & Safety team, it would be greatly appreciated. We need an urgent resolution to avoid further losses.
