What is the name of the Shopify Theme you are using? Depending on the theme, you may be able to turn on the Accelerated Checkout Buttons from within the theme editor.
I tested one of your products here and I can confirm it is only the Add to Cart button showing for me too, which suggests that perhaps you have not turned those accelerated buttons on. Check out the help doc linked above which explains how to turn these on, and let me know how that goes?

Hi Rick, I follow the instructions that you sent. However, I can't find this button "SHOW DYNAMIC CHECKOUT BUTTON". Can you help me with this?
Thanks for the extra information. What is the name of the theme you are using? Is it a Shopify made theme, or a third party developed one? I can test it out for you on my own store if it is a theme you installed via the Shopify Theme Store. However, just keep in mind that third party themes would be unsupported by Shopify, so you may need the developers assistance for that.
Depending on the theme you are using, you might need to Update your Theme to a newer version, as many times the updated versions include bug fixes and new features. It is also possible that the theme you are using might not have the dynamic checkout buttons available as an option to turn on for the product pages. If that is the case, then it may need to be manually coded in. We would usually recommend considering a Shopify Expert for that kind of work, unless you are confident in working with theme code.

The theme is "WAREHOUSE".
I am not sure if it is a third party because my boss might be sleeping right now so I can't ask her.

The Warehouse Theme is indeed a third party theme, and as such the theme developers would offer support for it and not Shopify directly. However, I was able to install a preview copy of the theme onto my own test store, and I was able to get this working.
As you can see in my screenshot below, there's a few different steps to take in order to find this option:
That should make the 'Buy it Now' dynamic button appear as you can see above. If that doesn't work for you, or if you don't see that option then you might be using an older version of the theme. In that case, you can try updating the theme or contacting the theme developers for assistance. Hope that helps, let me know if that works!

Hello!
This means I need shopify expert right?
It is ticked and saved but "BUY" button still does not appear in the store.

Oh that is an interesting one! I believe that should be working, but there's a lot of things that could affect this such as apps, theme code edits/customisations etc. Is it possible that the product in question is using a different template from the default one, like in my screenshot below?
I would say the best thing to do here is to contact the theme developers for help, as this could be a bug that they could help you fix. If you need help with doing that, then you can feel free to contact Shopify Support and as long as the theme was purchased on the Shopify theme store, we can contact the developers on your behalf. Let me know how that goes!
