Shopify Threatening to Disable My Account

HELP!! I just received an email that my Shopify account is in danger of being permanently disabled due to selling Trademarked and Counterfeit items.  Both of which is not true.  I create all of my own designs and do not use any actual logos-all of mine are created in Canva and generated with fonts that may look similar.  I own all of my own designs.  I obviously cannot produce documentation that I am an authorized reseller because I am not.  I have emailed Shopify but have no received a response.  Have any of my primarily Etsy shoppers experienced this? And if so how did you have this resoleved?

Similar.

Do not muck about with "similar" of known IP's it will get you deplatformed no matter your personal views on what looks like what.

Either get licensed, stop making "similar", or get shutdown in someone else's sandbox.
