Shopify wont connect to my facebook page and IG account

I've tried many times to connect my facebook page but when i clicked "Claim my page" they just wouldn't connect and said there's an error. But when i went to my facebook page to check the page roles, the page owner is clearly my shopify business manager. I tried to add my shopify business manager as admin but it simply cannot be done as FB requires admin to be a FB account.

Also, when I tried to add my IG and FB account on shopify business manager, after I logged into the IG accounts and clicked add, it simply froze.

Please help me troubleshoot, thanks!

While there may be an issue with have your Instagram/Facebook pages configured - I've found trying the social integration again in a different browser or incognito window to be a little bit more reliable for this process.
