Shopify is the worst for running an online store. The website builder and everything is great but after you start making money from sales they take your website down for no reason. My website has been down for around a month now which was my main source of income. Every time I contact support they say the same thing that Shopify will contact me in 48-72 hours. I even tried creating a new store and right as I published it they didn’t let me access it. I spent so long on Shopify for no reason. I’d never recommend this store builder to anyone because they can take your store down for no reason and never contact you back!!

I can understand that you might lost your source of income. But we cannot blame the platform for no reason sometime we are the reason of this mistake but we cannot see that aspect or judge that. Again sorry for your loss.
