Would my question be, is it possible that set up conversion tracking in the google ads is related to smart shopping ads?
Because 2 weeks ago I made a smart shopping campaign. After I added a conversion action on the google ads, and suddenly it started performed worse.
I repeated this whole process and the same thing happened.
When I set up I had 8.89k impr. and 180 clicks, but after that I had 1 click and 800 impr. I was very sad that It happened multiple times.
Anyone have any idea what this might be?

When adding a conversion action, and you set it to include in conversions. Then yes this is a cause of change in performance.
I recommend you also check every other change just before the poor performance, by checking the historic changes in Google Ads.
Any change you do, will have an effect yes. So most likely what you did caused an issue. The best advice I can give you is to revert to whatever you did.
Make sure you only have 1 purchase conversion tracking installed by going to Google Ads > tools and settings > conversions
Now and before there was only one purchase conversion tracking now and before. I set up traffic and other conversion metrics that shouldn't be affected.
