In general, interesting stores, images, and the whole "vibe" is positive. Checkout has a good amount of payment options.

But there are some things that I think could be done better.

 

Homepage: 

  • The announcement bar could use a link, for example on "New drop is Live" to connect with that collection.
  • The header is too cramped, especially on Home/Blog, menu in two rows like that is not recommended. You could easily remove Home link, most users know to click on the logo to get home.
  • The menu could be much better, "Shop" needs to be dropdown with all collections listed at least.
  • The hero banner is a good image but too big, and the call to action button is way down. You wanted to avoid ruining the image, but you should focus on the customer journey.
  • Then you have another banner, I think it would be better to add some collection list section in between
  • Our sponsors should be more unified, with similar sizes of logos at least.

Collection

  • There is too much space at top, the breadcrumbs do not need that space
  • If an option add a second image on hover and maybe a quick buy button

Product page

  • You do not need that big QTY input and that small Add to bag, that whole part looks off
  • Maybe I missed that info, but I do not see any material info
  • You could use 1-2 new sections, some logos, and more customer reassurance
  • The "You may also Like" section has different sizes of images, and while it could be nice if styled right, this looks messy.
  • Think of adding bundles, or "complete the look" to sell multiple items from one page

Consider adding more contact information besides phone, "Outerspace" is not a place to be funny. Also, think about changing your email to your domain and not Gmail.

Suggestion:
Make the announcement bar clickable and direct it to a relevant collection or product page.
This creates a seamless shopping journey and encourages users to explore your latest offerings right away. A static announcement without a link leaves potential buyers stranded, forcing them to manually search for products. Let’s eliminate friction! Your customer is more likely to click when the incentive (like free shipping) is attached to a direct product path.

2/ Highlight the CTA Buttons on the Homepage:

Suggestion:
Your current Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons blend too much into the background. Try contrasting colors or larger, bolder fonts to make them stand out. You could also explore PageFly’s advanced button customizations.

CTAs act as signposts guiding customers toward key actions like “Shop Now” or “View Collection.” When these buttons are subtle or hidden, you risk users overlooking them. Clear, bold CTAs drive clicks and conversions, especially during promotions or new drops!

3/ Make the Instagram Section Shoppable with Vibe or Instafeed:

Suggestion:
Integrate apps like VIBE or Instafeed to convert your Instagram feed into a shoppable experience directly on your homepage or product pages.

Why?
Social proof matters! When customers see real people engaging with your products, it builds trust and influences purchase decisions. A shoppable Instagram section bridges social engagement with seamless shopping, turning inspiration into immediate action. Vibe and Instafeed make this integration smooth and professional.

4/ Newsletter Section – Focus on Benefits to Boost Subscriptions:

Suggestion:
Revamp the newsletter section to provide clear value. Highlight offers such as “Get up to 20% off on your first order” or “Exclusive early access to new drops and special discounts.”

Why?
Newsletters are an excellent tool for long-term customer engagement, but users need a compelling reason to sign up. By emphasizing discounts or exclusive benefits, you incentivize them to subscribe. A well-structured newsletter section can boost your email list and help you build stronger relationships through ongoing marketing campaigns.

5/ Add a Size Chart or Size Guide on Product Pages:

Suggestion:
Include a size chart or size guide on each product page. You can display it as a pop-up or a dedicated section under product descriptions.

Why?
Sizing is critical in apparel, and customers need confidence that they’re picking the right fit. Providing a clear, accessible size guide reduces hesitation and decreases the chances of returns. A well-designed size chart enhances the shopping experience and builds trust with your customers.

The “Shop” button is black and blends too much with the banner, making it easy to miss.
My suggestion: Change the button to white with bold text to create contrast against the background video. You could also add a slight glow effect on hover to align with your alien theme. Keep the text action-oriented, like “Explore the Alien Collection” or “Start Your Journey” to make it more exciting.

The header feels a bit crowded, particularly on pages like Home/Blog, where the menu spans across two lines. This can make the navigation look busy and less user-friendly.
My suggestion: It would help to remove the “Home” link, as most users naturally click on the logo to return to the homepage. And you can consider turning “Shop” into a dropdown that displays all collections. This would create a cleaner layout and make it easier to explore your products.

2/ Mobile optimization

Missing a sticky header
Right now, on mobile, users have to scroll all the way back up just to get to the menu or cart, which can feel pretty annoying and interrupt their flow. If those options aren’t easy to access, people might get frustrated and leave before finishing their shopping. I would suggest ddding a sticky header with the menu, cart, and search always visible would make browsing way smoother.

Optimize for speed
Right now, large media files (like the video in the hero banner) could be slowing down your load times, which is a big deal on mobile. To keep things running smoothly, try lazy loading your images so they only show up when users scroll to them. You can also compress images using WebP formats—this keeps the quality but makes the files smaller.

Streamline page length
Long pages with too many sections or product grids can feel overwhelming on mobile, making it hard for users to stay engaged. A good way to fix this is by using collapsible sections or accordions for things like FAQs or product descriptions. This keeps the page neat and easy to navigate, while still giving visitors all the info they need when they’re ready to dive in.

Fix the sponsored partners

The sponsored logos section looks cluttered due to inconsistent sizes and uneven alignment, making it feel unpolished. You can resize all logos to the same dimensions (either height or width) for consistency, and center them properly if they vary in shape.

For a cleaner look, I woulsd suggest use a 2- or 3-column grid layout on desktop and a single column on mobile, with even padding and spacing between logos. This will keep the section compact and organized.

With these tweaks, your store will be in a great spot to start converting more visitors into customers. I’d recommend focusing on email marketing and retargeting ads, as well as partnering with influencers or running social media campaigns to spread the word. Also, setting up abandoned cart recovery flows will help you recapture potential sales and maximize every visit.
