Hi @ChrisM187

Here is my feed back,

The store is simple, but I'm looking for something eye-catching on the homepage: one banner, then the rest is all scrolling with products.

Screenshot 2024-09-26 195506.png

It looks unneat, with too many buttons to look at.

The button size is not visible.

Double social media?

Made4uoRibe_0-1727377257230.png

I think that is for now.

I hope it help.

Thank you for the input! I will surely take a look at all!
For the sizing buttons which look unneat, i will have to find someone who can code it to be maybe better sorted.

The sizing button for the add-on is glitched out, not sure how to fix as its an app, but i will have it looked at.

Double social media can be fixed, thank you for pointing that out!

Welcome, suggestion.

For the variant size, better to use drop down.

And for the sizing button.

Made4uoRibe_0-1727378799739.png

I just unset the width.

For the collection, its nice to have infinity load. If you have a lot of products.

In here, its feels like so boring. Add some sections, or make the product image bigger make it more eye catching for the customer.

You can also check some big store for design.

so it can give you some ideas.

Thank you again!
I was not able to change the width of sizing for the add-on, but i did change the sizes of the product and they fit in perfectly now.
I am not sure what you mean with infinity load, do you mean to not have pages but rather show all products on 1 page?
Lastly, I am not sure how to change the size of product images in the home page, but i will certainly take a look!

thank you for your input!

Hi @ChrisM187

Good job on setting up the store, it does look good. Personally, I am not a fan of the Dawn theme but you made it work just fine.

Do consider some paid themes in the future, not just for more features and sections but the way they are optimized for conversion.

In general, I like your image size for product lists, it is a bit unique. It does match sneakers, but not much for hoodies but it is fine.

I do see though a real lack of text and no product description on the product page. Images are good but some information would be good,

like materials, how to take care. Google does need some text beside product titles. And mentioning product titles, on collection pages they are too small.

I did try to choose the Greek language but just a few things are translated.

But for me, the important part is contact information. You have one email in the footer and the other in terms and policies.

To me, that is not enough. If you are a business there should be full contact information, such as address, phone, some registration number.

Wish you luck with sales.

Kind regards
Laza

Hi Chris,

I'm Kate from PageFly, a Shopify landing page builder. I've been following your store and I'm impressed by its clean design and user-friendly interface. Your products also appear to be of excellent quality.

Based on my experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), I've identified a few areas where your store could potentially benefit from some enhancements:

1. Bolster Trust and Credibility:

  • Trust Badges: Consider adding trust badges to both your homepage and product pages. This can help reassure customers and encourage purchases. For example, highlighting features like "waterproof," "fast shipping," and "7-day return" can be particularly effective.

See example here:

2. Optimize Navigation and Engagement:

  • Sticky Announcement Bar: A sticky announcement bar can be a valuable tool to highlight special offers and keep your brand message top of mind throughout the customer journey.

PageFlyKate_1-1727422550445.png

The home page and announcement bar highlight the main benefits of shopping. So simple, and so effective, the sticky announcement bar with special offers helps combat fast bounces, remind users throughout the buying journey, and motivate them to click anytime.

  • Special section on homepage:

The homepage is not as simple as a product listing page. Presenting special offers, brand positioning, and great aesthetic images will strengthen the brand reliability and motivate buyers to buy.

High-quality photography on homepages creates a positive tone and a good first impression. You can add social proof to improve brand trust:

4. Enhance Product Visuals:

  • Lifestyle Imagery: Use product images that show your products in real-world use cases. This can help customers visualize themselves using your products and connect emotionally with your brand.

By implementing these suggestions in conjunction with a well-thought-out marketing strategy, I believe you can significantly improve your store's conversion rate.

Hi @ChrisM187 ,

I noticed that your store’s design is quite complete and polished. I had a shopping experience on your store and was quite satisfied with this trial. There are a few points I would like to suggest to help you optimize your website as follows:

1/ Increase branding for the website
Diversify the content for your brand through sections like Blogs or About Us. For the Blogs section, you could explore content such as updates on shoe trends, style guides, product introductions, etc.

2/ Build a loyalty program
One of the most important goals for new businesses is to build a stable base of loyal customers. The quickest way to achieve that is by creating an effective loyalty program. Currently, on the Shopify App Store, there are many loyalty apps offering free plans and user-friendly interfaces for beginners like BON Loyalty, Smile, Rivo, etc.

3/ Promote your social media channels
Add more rewards to encourage customers to follow/like and engage with your social media pages. These rewards could be discount codes, loyalty points, or a gratitude product.

I hope these suggestions will help your store attract more new customers.

If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty  a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊

Best,

Tracy from the BON Loyalty team

Hi @ChrisM187

Hey Chris,

I checked out your store, Trinity Sneakers, and I can see that you’ve put in a lot of effort to get it ready for launch! Overall, it has a clean and professional look, but I do have a few suggestions that could help improve the user experience and boost conversions.

1. Homepage First Impression

  • Your homepage has a sleek design, but it would be great to add a strong hero banner with a clear value proposition. Right now, there’s no instant hook that tells visitors why they should buy from you instead of another sneaker store. Consider something like "Premium Sneakers & Streetwear – Limited Drops & Exclusive Styles!"
  • The top navigation bar looks clean, but you might want to make the logo slightly smaller so that more menu options can fit without looking squeezed, especially on mobile.
  • Try adding a Trust Badge or USP section (Free shipping, Secure checkout, etc.) below the banner to immediately build trust.

2. Product Pages

  • No size guide? That’s a crucial addition, especially for sneakers and clothing. It helps reduce returns and gives customers confidence in their purchases. You can either add an image with sizing info or use a Shopify app like Best Fit – Size Charts to integrate it smoothly.
  • The product descriptions could be more engaging. Instead of just listing features, tell a story: “Step up your sneaker game with these ultra-lightweight, breathable kicks. Designed for all-day comfort and style – whether you’re hitting the streets or the gym.”
  • Consider adding a "Frequently Bought Together" section or related products at the bottom to encourage upsells.

3. Checkout & Navigation

  • I noticed that there’s no guest checkout option—forcing users to sign up can increase cart abandonment. Make sure Shopify’s guest checkout is enabled.
  • The "Contact Us" page could use a form instead of just an email. Customers are more likely to reach out if they can fill in a quick form rather than copying and pasting an email address.

4. Mobile Optimization

  • Mobile responsiveness is solid, but the homepage text overlays on images sometimes get cut off (especially on iPhone screens). Try reducing font size slightly for better visibility.
  • The product images look great, but you might want to enable the zoom-in feature so users can check details up close.

5. Speed & SEO

  • Your page loading speed is a bit slow—especially on mobile. You can use Shopify’s built-in optimizer or apps like TinyIMG to compress images without losing quality.
  • The meta titles and descriptions could be optimized better for SEO. Instead of just using product names, try: “[Brand Name] Sneakers - Best Prices on Limited Edition Kicks” to improve search rankings.

6. Social Proof & Marketing

  • Customer reviews/testimonials: Right now, I don’t see many reviews on product pages. Adding real customer feedback (even if you have to seed a few from early buyers) will boost trust.
  • Social media links: I see them in the footer, but having an Instagram feed or TikTok video widget showcasing real customers wearing your sneakers would add a lot of authenticity.

Final Thoughts

Your store is definitely launch-ready, but a few tweaks could make a huge difference in conversions. Focus on enhancing the homepage engagement, product page details, and checkout process for a smoother user experience.

If you need any other assistance, feel free to ask, and I will try my best to support you.

Best regards,
Daisy.
