Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi All ! I purchased a domain from hostinger and connect it to my Shopify store but SSL certificate is pending after almost 48 hours can anyone assist me please ??
I attached 2 screenshot of the same DNS page of the hostinger where I
bought my domain akshopz.com
Please check and inform me where exactly the issue is. I would want to
propagate my SSL to start my business ASAP on Shopify..

Hey @akshayakumar.
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! When you navigate to Settings > Domains and select the domain that has the SSL pending - do you see a subdomain listed? In some cases, removing the subdomain and adding it back can force sync the SSL if it has been approved.
If you do not have a subdomain listed and the third-party domain has had a SSL pending status for longer than 48 hours, it would be best to reach out to our live support to have a further look. Since I cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. In this case, you can get in touch with a Shopify Advisor by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you'll be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with an Advisor directly about the domain issue.
Let me know if that does the trick.
