I am Garcia from the Shopify Advanced Page Builder App PageFly.  Your store looks great, but I have some feedback on your collection page I'd like to offer you the following advice based on my experience as a CRO: 

  • Add a favicon to your site

Users can use favicons to easily recognize your website in a sea of open tabs. Additionally, they help people quickly locate your website in their browser history.

You can see that your site is currently lacking a favicon. You can add a favicon as your logo, etc… Customers are more likely to recognize your logo the next time they see it the more often they see your favicon. 

  • Have an About us page 

I can see that you do not have a page to show “Who are you" on your site right now. An "about us" page narrates your journey, describing how and where your business started as well as where it is today.

You can add an about us section like that. This is the ideal time to introduce your company to potential clients and highlight the advantages of using your products or services.

 

  • Have a clear return policy

Customers will feel more secure as a result of the return  policy, and they are more inclined to trust your company if your return policies are prominently stated. Having a transparent return policy helps build customer loyalty.

You can try to change this by following the example in the image I've provided as you don't currently have a return policy for your products. 

 

  • Create promotion campaign based on special event

Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) is a prime time to promote tech products and services. Here are some campaign ideas for your tech promotion:

  • Tech Extravaganza" Sale: Offer significant discounts on a wide range of tech products, from gadgets and accessories to software and services.
  • "Early Bird Tech Deals" Promotion: Launch early access deals for subscribers or loyalty program members. Create a sense of exclusivity and urgency.

  • "Upgrade Your Tech Game" Campaign: Promote the benefits of upgrading to the latest tech products. Highlight how they can enhance productivity, entertainment, or convenience.

I hope that by following these guidelines, you may increase brand recognition, website traffic, and sales throughout your upcoming marketing efforts.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to take a further look! Looking into your store, I noticed that you currently do not have a favicon added to the homepage of the store. A favicon is a small image that displays on the browser tab and represents the business/company. If you take a look towards the tabs of your browser - I am sure you will see several favicons and they can add a polished look to the website! You can add a favicon to your online store by following this guide here.  
 
Add more sections to your homepage to make it more engaging and interactive. A great way to do this is to add a slideshow section as the first section on the homepage. This can allow you to showcase your products to your visitors as soon as the arrive to your online store. For example, you could include your best seller or favorite product. This is a great way to strengthen your brand!
 
Add collections to the header navigation bar to make browsing easier for your customers. This can also show your visitors what products your business has available.
