someone opened an account under my email address. I did not verify my email yet the person was able to proceed with account creation and ensuring double system verification which yields me unable to change the password or remove the store. I cannot get in touch with a real human to help me with this! what do I do?
See if there’s any way to trace when the store with your email address was created then cross check through your inbox to see if you received any related mails during that period. After this, make sure you contact customer support with whatever findings you get.
