Your site looks pretty good and aesthetically pleasing to the users at first glance. However, I had a look around your site and there are some aspects that can be modified for better and optimized user experience.
On your homepage, first, you should move this section to the end of the page, it’s not the most important information to show here, you need to put your banner and notable products ahead.
With the mega menu, add some social media icons and links to help users easily connect with your brand. Additionally, if you have any discount or free shipping promotion campaign, you can add some small notifications above the menu to make them outstanding.
I don’t understand the intention of your brand when putting some random pictures in this section. I think it can be replaced with some products’ images or a new collection, that depends on you. You can also add some messages that help customers connect with your brand’s voice.
The customer testimonial section is too long, I recommend you use another layout that’s more intuitive and easy to navigate and follow for customers like Slider or Carousel.
If you have divided this section into 2 separate sections, you can link one to the best sellers and one to the new collections or some other that you want to promote.
Kind of promotion like image below, you can move it to the higher place on your homepage to make them notable.
This section is really unclear in the message, what do you want to convey to your customers? Best sellers, summer collection, or new collection? Write it down, don leave it blank with just some product images and discounted price, it’s not as attractive as you thought.
You also should find a new layout for your FAQ page instead of listing all the questions and aligning the center. It looks lack of aesthetics and is hard for users to follow.
The CTA button is blank. Try to come up with some CTA ideas that can convert your customers effectively such as “buy now”, “add to cart”...
I hope with some recommendations above, you can improve and optimize your site for better conversion and traffic.

I had a look at your store and do have some point to make it bring better experience to potential customers. Please kindly check below:
1. Homepage layout
- Featured product section and all sections underneath should be placed right under the Hero section, while the review, trust badges, ... should be at the bottom off the page
-> You need to showcase what products you have before ensure them that they are good through social proofs
2. Hero section
I recommend transforming this into a full-image section with heading, subheading, and call-to-action (CTA) placed on the image. This adjustment will significantly enhance the hero section's ability to captivate attention.
Presently, locating the CTA button proves challenging as it is positioned within a busy pattern on the image, while the column on the right looks quite dull due to the vibrancy of the surrounding red, white, and imagery. Collectively, these elements contribute to the section being easily overlooked.
3. FAQ
I see now that you have a FAQ page, however these answers and questions are placed quite out of place and difficult to follow. If you are looking for a better FAQ templates I suggest you to try MooseDesk.
With it, you can create FAQ pages like this:
4. Support widget
I see that you have a Whatsapp support widget, however there are cases when customers do not a Whatsapp account and want other means to send you questions. For example:
You can add Whatsapp as one of the direct link, while letting customers directly send question via the support widget.

1.Favicon can be better
2.Wishlist missing
3.Social media Icon missing

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)
The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1. Homepage banners can be more attractive, it can include models facing the front and bolder.
2.Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly
3.Add Meta Description for all Products
4.Add a featured collection on your home page with an add to cart option to bring in more conversions.
5.Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page.
6.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.
7.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.
8.Highlight the USP of your product or service
Collection and Product Page:
- Add Product Review on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
- Add Trust Badges below add to cart or Buy now Button
- Collection page should be fully customized with width of the page
SPEED Optimization:
1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 45which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.
Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.
