Hi @Ashura1,
We appreciate your inquiry in the Shopify Community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! Especially, there is a diverse range of products available for customers to experience and choose from. However, I have some comments to boost sales. Here are some of my recommendations, please kindly check.
1. Add CTA link for banner
I see you put the banner “Welcome to our store, We do FREE Shipping!!!” at the top of the website that shows the very first touchpoint with newcomers. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to redirect the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.
It could be more incentivizing if you add a timing countdown (20 hours:30 minutes left…). Also, leverage Social Proof and Scarcity by displaying low-stock alerts (e.g., “Only 3 left in stock!”) to create urgency and highlighting recent purchases (e.g., “X people bought this in the last hour”) to encourage action.
2. Optimize Hero banner
With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. At my first view of your website, the hero banner is not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
Also, scrolling through your Homepage, I haven’t caught your brand name. Thus, you can highlight that with Hero Banner (like the image below).
3. Refine the web design
The web design conveys lots of your professionalism, which would impact customers’ trust for purchase. Therefore, I highly recommend you refine the text font (others fit your brand instead of the default Arial) and add transition to displayed information.
4. Complete Homepage layout & information
As a customer, I would say that your Homepage hasn't offered enough and decent information for me to build trust then to purchase. Therefore, I suggest the flow of your Homepage would be:
5. Add more illustrative images on Product page
As a fashion customer, I always wonder how these pieces will look on me. Only the product images could not show customers that. Thus, try to include more illustrations of models wearing your products on all Product pages.
Also, enable customers to see products more easily and clearly with pop-up window for each click of images.
6. Add Live chat widget
I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a FREE Live Chat, WhatsApp & FAQ App. You can easily reach customer support via WhatsApp, ensuring immediate assistance for inquiries. Also, the widget provide multi self-Service options such as Order tracking, Translation and FAQ section empower customers to resolve common questions on their own, reducing the need for direct support.
So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a 'LIKE'. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.
Once again, keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!

Hi Sir, so the majority comes from tik tok, as i post some videos there. I would be happy if you could give me some tips to make it more sellable. like aby improvement to the website or products or the marketing part. the site is about 20 days old.
Hey there Ashura @Ashura1 I had a look at your store and here are some recommendations I have for you
1) You should have a section for latest arrivals in addition to the other categories already there
2) Add in some FAQs on the homepage to answer questions that customers usually or most likely have.
This is an accepted solution.

Hi @Ashura1! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the essential loyalty app for Shopify businesses.
Thank you for sharing your store with us!
Getting 50 visits without a sale can feel a bit discouraging, but it’s actually a great starting point. It means you're already attracting interest – now the goal is to convert those visits into purchases. Here are a few tips based on what I observed from your store:
1. First impressions & design
- Your designs are bold and fun, which is great! One thing you might consider adding is a clear tagline or welcome message at the top of your homepage. This helps new visitors quickly understand what your brand is all about. Here are a few tagline examples you could try, depending on your brand voice: “Statement Tees for Loud Personalities”, “Graphic Tees That Talk Back”, “Made for the Boyz, by the Boyz”. You can place these either in the banner section, header bar, or right below your store logo for visibility.
- Add a short section to your homepage or product pages explaining what makes your brand unique. Example: “We’re not just selling tees — we’re telling stories, building a movement, and repping every kind of legend. All designs are original, made in small batches, and shipped with love.”
2. Build trust with visitors
- It’s awesome that you offer free shipping – consider adding a small line near the “Add to Cart” button or in a sticky bar that says: “Free shipping on all orders – no surprises at checkout!”
- If you can, include customer reviews or photos (even from friends/family at first). You can feature these on your homepage or product pages as “Spotted In” or “Styled By You.” Social proof makes a huge difference, especially for first-time visitors.
3. Highlight urgency or scarcity
Add messages like:
- “Only a few left!” or “Limited edition – won’t restock!”
- “Selling fast – grab yours before it’s gone!”
You can place this near the product title or the “Add to Cart” button.
4. Offer a bundle deal or freebie
- Offering a first-time buyer discount pop-up (like “Get 10% off your first order”) can help turn casual visitors into paying customers. You could combine that with a simple email sign-up form to start building your list
- Encourage larger orders with offers like: “Buy 2, get 1 free”, “Free mystery sticker with every order this week!”, “Free shipping + exclusive digital art download with your first order”
5. Test different product titles
Try experimenting with more benefit-driven or catchy titles instead of plain names. For example:
- Instead of: “Men’s Tee – Bro Talk”
- Try: “Bro Talk Tee – Say It Loud, Say It Proud”
You're already off to a great start. Keep experimenting, testing what works, and optimizing along the way — the sales will follow. I hope my suggestions may help you somehow. Good luck!
Best,
Tracy
