Hi @ERB , this is Alexis from Akohub

I just take a look at your store, and here are a few additional suggestions to help improve your store:

First, I think that your website’s navigation is clean, but you could consider adding a drop-down menu or a featured product carousel on the homepage. This will make it easier for customers to explore specific product categories or bestsellers without having to scroll too much. Additionally, optimizing your menu with simpler and shorter labels (like “Shop by Concern” instead of “Skin Issues”) could help make browsing quicker and more intuitive.

I also saw that you did a 10% discount pop-up, which is great, but you might want to add an exit-intent pop-up for visitors who are about to leave the site without making a purchase. This pop-up can offer additional incentives, like free shipping or an extra discount, to capture last-minute interest. Testing different exit-intent messages can show you what resonates best with your audience.

I also think that you already have a strong branding focus on natural skincare, and you can leverage that further by adding a blog section with helpful skincare tips, product usage guides, or ingredient highlights. For instance, a post titled “5 Must-Know Tips for Using Atlantik Body Armour Wash” could educate your customers and improve SEO rankings. Blogs also allow you to link back to your products and help drive organic traffic to your site.

I saw that you integrate Smile's loyalty programs, which is great but have you thought of combining it with retargeting ads?  It helps to bring back visitors who didn't convert the first time around. Show them the products they viewed along with a small discount as this can be super effective for turning “maybe” into “yes!” If you’re looking for an all-in-one solution, our app, Ako Retargeting, combines retargeting with loyalty and CRM features, helping you bring in new customers and keep them coming back.

Since the holiday season is upon us, you could create limited-time bundles or “holiday gift sets” to attract buyers looking for gifts. Highlighting these bundles with banners on your homepage and promoting them via email and social media can drive urgency and encourage purchases. For example, a bundle like “Atlantik Winter Essentials” could be positioned as the perfect gift for family and friends. You can also encourage customers to share photos or videos of themselves using your products on social media. You can create a branded hashtag for customers to use and feature their content on your website or social channels. UGC builds trust and shows real people loving your products, which can inspire others to buy.

Let me know if you’d like to explore any of these strategies further or need help implementing them. I’m happy to offer insights or walk you through tools that can make these processes easier. Best of luck, and feel free to ask if you have any questions!

Hi @ERB,  I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify loyalty app.

I've explored your website thoroughly, and honestly, it's amazing—everything from the images and products to the FAQs and story is just spot on. Everything feels perfect! I just have a couple of personal suggestions that I think could make it even better:

1. For this text, I personally think aligning it to the left/right might look better instead of centering it. Since the left-right layout repeats throughout, aligning the text in that direction feels more cohesive and easier on the eyes. Also, the "subscribe & save up to 10%!" text doesn’t stand out much right now, so customers might just skim past it thinking it’s regular product info.

2. For the blogs section, it might look cleaner to have a single row. If you want to display more content than the limit, you could use a left-right slider instead of two rows. Having two rows forces customers to scroll more, which can take up extra time.

3. The blue background (#85D8DC) with white text (#FFFFFF) doesn’t have great contrast, making it harder to read—especially since the text is quite long. This could make it tough for customers to follow and might lead to them dropping off. I’d suggest using colors with better contrast and shortening the text to make it more digestible.

These are just my personal thoughts, and I hope they help you refine your website further. That being said, your products and site are already incredibly polished and impressive—it’s clear you’ve put a lot of time and effort into it. Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi @ERB,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Congrats on your new store! It looks amazing with a consistent brand style. I just wanted to give a few more comments to make your website look even better. Please kindly check

1. Add sub-category dropdown for the navigation menu

This allows your visitors to quickly find specific product categories and keeps them engaged by showing a variety of available products. A more intuitive and enjoyable shopping experience can lead to higher average order values and ultimately improved sales.

Example:

2. Add date delivery at check out page

Offering a firm delivery date can set you apart from competitors who only provide estimates, potentially influencing purchasing decisions.

Also, customers can plan around a definite date, which is especially important for time-sensitive purchases like gifts or event-related items.

3. Make these images clickable

Displaying multiple images of ingredients and then list out their benefits at the bottom makes it quite inconvenient for your web visitors. Clickable images can increase engagement and conversions by providing a clear path to the desired explanation.

As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store.
