Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi, I need some feedback on my store. I've had alot of visitors, no sales, I see people adding to cart, but then that's when they stop. I don't know if it's the shipping, price, my stuff sucks... I really don't know. It could also be spammers messing with me, I've had a ton of spam. Who all has a lead? Should I get one?

Consider adding a favicon to your website. This small image in the browser tab will make your website more recognizable and professional among different tabs, while also helping to enhance your brand awareness.
2. Change the Font
I recommend switching to a more timeless and clean font, such as Roboto, Open Sans, or Lato. These fonts offer a modern, sleek appearance that will give your store a more polished and professional look.
3. Revamp the Hero Section
The hero section is the first point of contact between your customers and your store. It should be designed to attract and engage visitors, making them want to explore further. The current banner might not clearly communicate what you’re selling, which could cause visitors to leave your website. A more targeted and appealing hero section can help reduce bounce rates.

Including a product collection section would better showcase the products you offer. The current layout may not make it easy for customers to understand the full range of product lines you carry.
5. Add an About Us Section
A well-crafted About Us section will help build trust and form an emotional connection with your customers. This is where you can introduce yourself and your store, helping customers feel more confident when deciding to purchase from you.
6. Include a Reviews/Testimonials Section
Adding a Reviews or Testimonials section to your website will allow you to showcase positive feedback from customers, which helps build trust and encourages others to buy your products.
7. Revamp the Footer
Your footer can benefit from a navigation menu to other pages of your website for easier browsing. Also, consider adding your contact information to the footer, including your store’s address, phone number, and email. This makes your store appear more legitimate and professional.

On your product pages, the section for displaying product information and the Add to Cart button should be at the top of the page. Placing this section at the bottom forces users to scroll, which could make them leave the website before purchasing. This layout change can help improve your conversion rate. Also, make sure to fill in the product description section with relevant details, as having an empty section may frustrate customers and cause them to leave.
9. Image Slider for Product Photos
Consider placing your product images in a slider format, so customers don’t have to scroll excessively to view all the images. This will improve the user experience and keep customers engaged.
10. Add a FAQ Page and Communication Widget
Including a FAQ page will help answer common questions and reduce customer hesitation. A communication widget would also allow visitors to easily reach out to you with any inquiries, improving customer support.
