Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello All
Please feel free to give me feedback on how I can improve my store. I have a low conversion rate.

Hi Beckysjewels,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder.
Your page is beautifully designed and user-friendly. It's clear you put a lot of thought and effort into its creation. Great job!
From my experience as a CRO expert, I've identified some areas where your store can improve as hereby:
See example:
Also, adding a cross-sell and up-sell can boost your sales and provide users with more options. Currently, you have a “Recently viewed” section, yet how about users who click on your products for the first time?
Hope this helps! Best of luck with your store.

Hi @Beckysjewels ,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Tracy from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals.
Welcome to the community! First of all, I had a great experience exploring your store. It’s clear you’ve put a lot of effort into showcasing your beautiful jewelry. The design is beautiful and well-crafted, and the UI/UX provides a seamless experience. I can see that you've poured a lot of time and effort for this store. Still, there are some small areas where I think improvements could be made to enhance the user experience. Here are some of my suggestions that I hope can help you somehow:
1. Optimize the image quality
After browsing your website, I notice that there are many images are quite blurry (for example: product images, and banner images). Blurry images are currently reducing the appeal of your products, which can hurt first impressions. I suggest you to update these images to high-quality ones.
2. Bring in the Social Proof
The lack of customer reviews is a missed opportunity to build trust and encourage purchases. You can find and try some Product Reviews apps on Shopify App Store (Loox, Judge me, Fera, etc), then import reviews for your products. In addition, you can send follow-up emails post-purchase, encouraging customers to leave reviews (You can also use a loyalty program app that give customers loyalty points for every review they leave). Here is an example of how a review section looks in a product page.
3. Make the "Add to cart" button pop up
As I check here, the current color of the "Add to cart" button seems like it's not standout enough. I suggest you to change its primary color to black, to match the store branding and also make it more attractive and "tempting" to click.
4. Utilize Analytics for Insights
May I know if you use any marketing tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar? These tools can help you to understand where visitors drop off in the conversion funnel. After that, you can analyze the behavior flow to pinpoint any problematic areas, such as slow-loading pages, unclear navigation, or missing information. Only when we know the exact reasons behind their drop-offs, we can find the right solution for it.
I hope that my recommendations can help you with optimizing your store UI/UX design. Good luck!
