Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi all,
I set up my online store just over two weeks ago and have had what I think is decent traffics, now over 1000. I am yet to have my first sale though.
I’ve been making small tweaks to try any help but some feedback on the store would really help.
@decoramor.co.uk
thank you
I been having the same problem If you get a answer let me know
I will!
Hoping just some small changes that I may have overlooked
I really hope things get smoother for you. I've been working hard at this for two months, but haven't seen any real results yet. Lots of people seem interested, but it hasn't turned into any sales yet
Hey @techoasis ,
Happy to look at your store and suggest changes as well. 🙂

Here is my feedback on the store:
We will analyze your store in a customer-centric and data-driven way.
Customer Centric: We will use best practices of CRO Optimization + Human Psychology to take our website from 0 to 90. After that, data will help us improve to 100.
Home Page:
Free Delivery Banner: In the world of Amazon Prime, free deliver is a necessity. Mentioning delivery costs hurt you. Change this to "FREE Delivery on Orders over £80."
Navigation: Your Navigation bar is too crowded. Make Dropdowns and have a maximum of 5 heads in the bar.
Hero Section: Your Hero section is very crowded. This should be one benefit-focused line: "Accessories to make your home perfect." You can add one line as a subtext.
Remove anything and everything that talks about you and does not talk about the potential customer.
Social Proof: Humans tend to believe when a 3rd party tells them how good your brand is. Get people to give you reviews, video testimonials, etc.
Benefits: Create a section for Benefits here
Story Section: You can add a story section to talk about your experience of over 15 years
Collections Page:
- 3 Picutres per page. Bigger Pictures help in conversions
- Add tags like "Store Recommended," "Best Seller," etc.
Product Page:
- Add Bullet Point Benefits
- Talk about returns, free shipping, etc.
- Add Social Proof
Your website is the front of your brand. If your website does not "wow" your visitors, they will not buy from you. Unfortunately, this is a competitive industry. But if your website can give you an edge, you can get more sales.
Data-Driven Approach: Analyze user behaviors using analytics + Hotjar. This will help you understand what changes to make and reiterate wherever there is a drop-off.
Feel free to DM me if you need more help or a professional to build your site.
Best,
Thank you for your feedback
