Hi, I am looking for feedback on my store - aspian.co.uk

I am looking for feedback on the functionality of my site as well as how to improve my SEO for my target audience which is B2B 

 

Any advice or recommended tools will be much appreciated

  1. Install a review app and add a star rating widget – Integrating a review app to display star ratings on product cards will help build trust and improve the store’s credibility. Additionally, importing as many customer reviews as possible, especially those with real product images, will enhance authenticity and encourage more sales.
  2. Fix duplicate policy menus in the footer – I noticed that your footer contains two separate policy menus, which might confuse customers and reduce the store’s professionalism. Consolidating these into a single, well-organized section will improve clarity and user experience.

  3. Add strong calls to action and promotional information on the homepage – Highlighting clear calls to action and promotional offers on the homepage can help engage visitors and encourage purchases.
  4. Test the purchasing process as a real customer – Placing a test order yourself will allow you to experience the checkout process firsthand and identify any potential issues that could affect customer satisfaction.
  5. SEO improvements – Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide specific SEO recommendations, as it’s not my area of expertise. However, I suggest exploring SEO and speed optimization apps available on the Shopify App Store for expert assistance.

Hi @aspian ,

Impressive! Almost a perfect store yet it still lacks personality. Here is why:

You're offering customization services for so many different products yet you still published a few clothing items only on your landing page? This gives the wrong message. Expand on it. Explain your services briefly before getting to products. Right after your hero banner, add a section to explain your services. You can create unique sections for it using Canva templates and bring them over to Shopify. Use https://apps.shopify.com/canvify for this. 

Secondly, you should add more natural product images, embed instagram/tiktok content from your customers or even your own social media handles to showcase people are using it and visitors can judge the quality in natural environments better. This builds trust. Use EmbedAny app https://apps.shopify.com/embed to embed almost anyting (even reviews, videos, forms etc) to your product pages or landing pages.
