I have been up and running for about a month now, and I have had dismal sales.  Please check it out and give me our opinions.

I checked your store, and it is actually looks amazing. You also have store policies that screams a legit store. You might want to try to create an advertisement about your store products to multiple platforms such as, Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram. Try to attract them for more discounts as well. I'm impressed by your website. The store design is unique and the layout makes finding things a breeze. You can tell a lot of effort went into this!


While browsing your website, I came across a couple of areas that could benefit from some tweaks.

1. Create hover and selected state for a CTA button

These effects provide a visual cue to users that a button is clickable. Without a hover or selected state, a button might look like static text or an image, leading to confusion about its purpose.




2. Adjust layout in mobile view

This banner looks quite small on mobile devices. You can change it to a 2-column layout with the image on top and the content below, or vice versa



3. Adjust layout of element in USP section

On mobile, users will not know that this section is navigable. You can add navigation to the slideshow or create a layout with two columns on top and two columns on the bottom to show all of the USPs.



4. Restructure the product description

Instead of writing information in dense paragraphs that will bore readers due to the length, bold important information and list it in bullet points with key points.

The homepage is visually appealing with a clean and modern design. However, it could benefit from a more prominent call-to-action (CTA) to guide visitors. Categories can be clearly labeled to help users find products quickly. You can use a compelling hero image or banner with a strong CTA. Highlight bestsellers, new arrivals, or special offers. Add trust signals such as customer reviews, security badges, and any certifications. This helps build credibility.


2. Product Pages:

Ensure product descriptions are detailed and highlight key features and benefits. Use bullet points for readability. High-quality images from multiple angles can increase conversion rates. Consider adding zoom functionality. Display customer reviews prominently to build trust and provide social proof. Make sure pricing is clear and competitive. If possible, show price comparisons or discounts to indicate value.


3. Checkout Process:

The checkout process can be simple with minimal steps. Reduce friction points to prevent cart abandonment. Offer multiple payment options to cater to different preferences. Clearly state shipping costs and delivery times upfront.


4. User Experience:

Ensure the store is fully optimized for mobile devices. A significant portion of traffic comes from mobile users. Optimize site loading speed. A slow website can deter potential customers. Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
