Hi @Anar1999 ! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the essential loyalty app for Shopify businesses.

 

From the perspective of both a product executive and a customer, I think your store is already quite good! It has a clean look. However, I noticed a few areas where you could make small improvements to enhance the overall user experience:

1. Reduce space taken by the notification bars
I noticed that there are two notification bars at the top, which take up quite a bit of space, especially around the hero banner area. I’d recommend keeping just one notification bar to keep things clean and focused.

Also, for the hero banner, centering the CTA button could help draw more attention. You might also want to use stronger calls to action like “Buy Now” or “Explore Now” instead of “Show More” to create more urgency and engagement.

2. Display reviews directly on the homepage
Right now, I see a review launcher on the side, but many customers might miss it. Adding some featured reviews directly to the homepage, maybe under the product highlights or as a testimonial section, could help build trust and encourage new visitors to make a purchase.

3. Reconsider the placement of contact info
At the moment, the placement of the contact information feels a little out of sync with the overall design. For example, your “Subscribe to Email” section is centered, so aligning the contact details the same way could create a more balanced layout. Alternatively, moving the contact info to the footer could give the site a cleaner and more professional appearance.

  1. Design: Maybe add a few more eye-catching images or banners to make the homepage pop.

  2. Navigation: It’s easy to get around, but filters or categories could help customers find stuff faster.

  3. Product Pages: More details or size guides could help with buying decisions.

  4. Mobile & Speed: Make sure it’s fully mobile-friendly and loads fast.

  5. Checkout: A smooth checkout is key, maybe add some trust badges for extra reassurance.

    Hi, Your store looks great, here are few suggestions to enhance it.

In Home page, Coffee Essentials section products grid showing very large size for each product. Decrease the size of each product card and make it eye pleasing. And for scrolling, make it as auto scroll.
