Not really looking for specific feedback on any areas but if you want points to look at I could use feedback on:

  • Layout
  • Theme
  • Colors
  • Product Placement

I've recently started adding more products and I want to add another category of products but I want to make sure things look nice and i'm headed in the right direction.

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Make a sticky header for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.

Make the Call to action button(get it now/shop now) more visible on the hero banner.

Consider testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

Make Social links open on new tab.

Add contact us page with contact form and more details, it builds trust on your store.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

There is no customer review option on the products. Install Product review app from the Shopify app store, so that customer can write a review when they purchase any product from your store.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Basically your store has some good points:

- Clear hero banner
- CTA button right on hero banner

1. Make the menu sticky

A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. Also with your menu, customers can easily navigate and check their cart. 

2. Pay attention to the resolution of hero images on Homepage.

I see that you are having some great photos for your hero images on homepage, such as this:

Those photos greatly matches with your homepage's style. However, it can be more professional if those images can be improved the resolution to be clearer. 

With your Collection page, you should:

Usually users need to be able to quickly tailor the product list to include only the most suitable items. Currently your store has quite many products, therefore it's recommended if you have a filter for customers to easily navigate to a list that they are more interested in.

There are those filter types that should generally always be provided:

  1. Price
  2. User ratings average
  3. Color (where applicable)
  4. Size (where applicable)

With your Product page, I would recommend you to:

4. Add Customer Reviews part and Allow customers to write their reviews:

Product reviews are one of the most vital tools users typically look to for product information and to determine if a product is a good fit for their needs. Therefore, I would recommend you display reviews on your product page (with a minimum of 6 reviews with the ability to “Load more” and allow users to submit their reviews.

You can put this Reviews part right below the Product Description part and above the You may also like.

5. Display or Link to an Easy-to-Read Shipping & Return Policy right in Product Information.

Featuring a link to the return policy — and shipping information in or near the “Buy” section can be very helpful for minimizing users’ purchase anxiety (as long this doesn’t overcrowd the “Buy” section. This can be a strong motivating factor for users when they’re considering whether or not to make a purchase on a given site. Additionally,  it allows users to access the Shipping & Return policy right away without scrolling up or down again the product page and potentially missing the section while scanning.

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

  • Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.

    You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.

  • People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.

  • Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

    The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.
