Hello @PiCeEo

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

  • Make the content(menu) bold on the header section.
  • Display testimonials/reviews on the homepage.
  • Include blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
  • Update contact us page with more details, it builds trust on your store.
  • Promote your products on Social platforms and provide those social links on the footer section.
  • Make social links open on new tab.
  • Increase the size of Quick links on the footer menu, as it is hard to see.
  • There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
  • You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Hey @PiCeEo!

Welcome to the Shopify Community and congratulations on your new store! I would be happy to share some feedback with you on your shop!

I really enjoyed browsing through your store, you have some stunning pieces of jewelry there! Furthermore, I really love the clean crisp aesthetic you have for your store, it's not busy or cluttered, and it is definitely customer friendly, which is always a pleasure to see, so well done on that! The first thing I noticed is that you currently do not have any social media channels  linked to your store. Having social media set up for your brand and product is a great way to promote your store and also drive more traffic to it. We have a great help doc here that recommends some themes and options that allow you to add this feature.

I can also see that you still have 'Powered by Shopify' on your store's footer. By removing this, it helps keeps your brand consistent and avoids confusing customers. If you'd like to alter or remove the 'Powered by Shopify' text from your store, check out our help doc on this right here.

Have you considered adding a pop-up discount when customers subscribe function while they are on your store? This is a great way to engage with customers and entice them to purchase more and sign up. If this is something you would like to offer visitors, check some apps here that offer this feature. I would recommend this app here called: Pop‑Up Window.

Another great suggestion here for your store is to start adding blogs, There are a few benefits with blogs. As more content is added to your store, this will help your SEO as Search Engines will crawl your site more often. The blog posts are also shareable on social media. This means that not only your customers will see them, but when they start interacting with them, their friends will see it on their timeline. This opens you up to a whole new network. This is a great Shopify blog which shows you how to write a blog that actually gets read, once you have an idea for a blog you can learn how to add it to your store by having a look at our adding a blog help doc.

It's great to see that you have an option for your customers to contact you. I'd also recommend that you add a chat functionality so that online visitors can right away message you if they have questions about a specific item. In that way, you'll be able to build trust and reliability with your buyers. Click here to explore more.

Another suggestion of mine would be to add more detail to your products descriptions, I found they were a little lacking, so a little more detail on the products would definitely help. Reason being, unsuccessful purchases are due to lack of product information. More information on product descriptions on how to write them can be found here.

Have you started running any marketing campaigns to help drive visitors to your shop? If not, you could also check out our Marketing and Promotions guide, for some fabulous ideas to help grow your shop! Happy to help out with some business growth ideas!

Hey @PiCeEo, hope all is well with you.

Overall I felt that the website is clean and neat. However, I have a few points that you can incorporate to help you grab users' attention.

1. The product page is not structured properly, which makes it seem incomplete - This can result in a lot of users dropping off as soon as they enter your website.
2.  In your product pages, use High-Quality images + self-explanatory descriptions - There are a lot of deciding factors that come into a customers' mind, before they purchase a product, given they pay before they get the product.  Quality of product image, information, and social proof plays a very huge role.

- You can improve the product picture quality when zoomed in, it is blurry and unclear when we zoom in to have a better look.
- You should a
dd product reviews and trust badges: It is for a known fact that we rely on other people’s opinions or actions to decide on our own. You can read more about trust badges here .
3. BFCM is almost here, you can have a featured collection based on your offers, black friday, christmas, new arrivals, best sellers, etc like a lot of other successful jewellery websites. This will grab the attention of customers when they browse the homepage itself. Also adding more graphic product labels/stickers like Sale, Fast Selling, Free Shipping can help increase your sales by tapping into powerful psychological triggers such as scarcity, social proof, and urgency. You can read more about it here
4. Try and add social media plug ins on the website to direct your users to those platforms. Having a social media presence is extremely important these days.
5. Add an "About us" section to tell your story and background - this leads to more trust and loyalty from the users' end.
6. You can use animated product labels to grab customer attention by telling a visually appealing story on your product images through animated badges that transform your product details page into a product story page. Find more here.

Hope this helps!
Best.
