hello i asked a couple days ago and i got help so im asking again cause im stoll not getting sales

Here are some good points I can see from your site:

  • Many product images: allowing customers with a wider range of products
  • Hover effect for buttons: make these buttons stand out

I have a few more comments to make your homepage even better:

 

1. Use swatches as selectors for color variations

I find that your product has more than one color option, but you have not had the variant option for color on your product page. Users who cannot easily determine all the color variations a product comes in may overlook options they would prefer and prematurely abandon a product that could have been suitable.

The solution is that you use swatches to display and select color variations (not dropdown). 

 

2. Always show products “in scale”

Provide at least one “In Scale” image showing the product relative to the surrounding environment, human models, or other products of known sizes. This way, buyers can grasp the real colors of your products and will be more encouraged to click ADD TO CART when they have more information about the product.

 

3. Adjust price styling

It's good that you're having the prices in different colors, but I would recommend that you decrease the size of the Product compare price and increase the size of the product price, this is to highlight the deal you're offering

4. Display a minimum of 6 reviews by default, with the ability to load more

Product reviews are important because they:

  • Boost sales
  • Increase trust and loyalty
  • Give customers insights into your product
  • Can help improve customer service and product quality
  • Are great social proof
  • Can improve your search engine ranking

To increase conversion rate, it is advised that you have a review section where customers can read true reviews of your products. And you should display a minimum of 6 reviews by default. A too-short list of reviews prevents exploration and pattern detection.

 

5. Always allow buyers to submit product reviews

Buyers always value reviews as a “personal” recommendation from other buyers, relying on and trusting reviewers to essentially vouch for the quality of the product. When you leave space for your customers to leave reviews, the chance that your sales increase can be much higher.

- Deals and freebies: The homepage as talked above is the first impression of the website. Lure customers to buy the product from your website by offering deals and freebies on the homepage itself.

- Wish list: When a product is not available or when they do not have an urgent need to buy the product, visitors must have an option to add it to their wish list.

- Language/ currency change

- Popular seller: Listing popular sellers on the homepage of the e-commerce website allows visitors to develop a sense of trust when it comes to the sellers.

- Testimonials: Visitors develop a sense of trust on the website when they read the experience of previous customers. 

- Subscription: Sending emails regarding product release etc. will help turn subscribers into regular customers.

- Terms and conditions: Keep your customers informed regarding your return policy, exchange policy, etc.

- FAQs: Simpler way to answer the queries of the customer is by adding a FAQ section. Keep updating the section with latest questions.

- Chat option: Keeping a live chat on the homepage helps in increasing sale. Integrate a Chabot to your website to improve conversion rate.

- Social proof (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok): This can help you gain trust from customers. 

 

  1. Product page: There are 2 main points I think you can optimize on your product page:

Blog has become critically important for all websites. Blogs helps in the ranking of the website on search engine and also helps in keeping the visitors and customers informed. You can optimize SEO and push rank on Google that help you increase your traffic, and customers (ofc). 

 

  1. About Us: 

Some visitors are curious to learn regarding the ecommerce website before they make the purchase. Keep a section where you describe how the e-commerce website was founded. In About us page, you should show: 

- Your brand story 

- Your product or service: What are you offering – and for whom? When you have a product or service that was designed to solve your customer’s pain point, share this on your ‘About’ page. 

- The value you create and POS (point-of- sale): Highlight why your product or service is different from others and why your audience should care about it. 

- CTAs: Where would you like to lead your audience? Choose effective, relevant CTAs, based on your answer. 

- Company location: You can include an embedded map of your location and also provide other contact details. Or, share a meeting link for them to be able to make an appointment easily.
