I have to say that I really like your website. It looks quite professional and it's VERY GOOD that you have integrated the Google Ratings. They look much more genuine than writing up something by yourself.
What I would suggest is integrating a Live Chat service; yes being there for live chatting with your potential customers can be a lot of work, but it increases your conversion rate by a lot and you can create lasting customer relationships! Using such a service you can also start talking to a visitor without them starting a live chat by themselves. You can ask them if there's any problem or why they are hesitant to purchasing. Try it!
