Congratulations on your new store! I can see it is well-designed and has quite enough of essential details. While it's already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for a better customer experience, if you don't mind taking a look.



1. Freeze the header

A sticky header makes it easier for users to find what they're looking for and  avoid having to scroll all the way back to the top  each time they want to navigate to a different section of the website.

2. Make the design consistent

A consistent visual style, including photo style, color scheme, fonts, and design elements, helps you create a strong and recognizable brand identity. 

For example, I suggest adjusting the product view layout to create a more user-friendly experience for your user

3. Optimize customer support section

I can see that you’ve already added a Contact Us page. However, you can make it even better by adding a FAQ page or chat in widget.

Is this any issue with the website as I click on collections, it won’t show any product. Please check and make sure your products will include in the collections

 

I would be happy to review your website. Here are several recommendations regarding the UX/UI of other pages:

 

1. Homepage

 

 

1.1 Banner

 

  • The current banner is too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers.

1.2. Collections and  Featured product

 

  • You should move the featured section to be in front of your collections to catch the eye, as you have many collections, I have to scroll down a lot til I see this. 
  • Or you should put horizontal collections 
  • Make price information and add to cart button more noticeable to attract customers to buy products.
  • On the desktop, your collections are not in a line. The add to cart buttons do not display properly. Please check and fix these.

  • You should enhance the search by making larger product images like the reference to enhance shopping experience.

4. Adding chatbox

 

 

  • You can a chat box including general questions to address common customer concerns.

5. Adding review

 

 

  • You should show your customer review on the homepage and product detail page. 
  • Customer reviews section will add social proof to your website. Your potential clients will know that you are a trusted brand. This will address buy hesitation from new customers.

6. You may also like

 

 

You should add “add to cart, add to wish list or quick view” button on this section to attract customers to buy your products.
