I have been up and going for almost a month now, with over 2.5k visitors to my site with zero sales. I have no clue why I haven’t made one yet, and it’s disappointing. Would love any feedback you may have that would help. I have grown a small following on instagram and have done several paid ads that have brought people to the site, but no conversions.

1. Hero Banner:

 

The current hero banner is visually appealing, but it doesn’t immediately convey what your store is selling. Consider adding a clear and captivating description that instantly informs visitors about your products. This will entice them to stay longer on your site. Additionally, include a CTA button that directs them to your collection page, which could increase engagement and encourage exploration.

2. Collection Page Consistency:

 

To create a more cohesive and professional appearance, make sure the banners on all three of your collection pages are consistent. This will reinforce your website’s theme and create a sense of familiarity for your users.

 

The banner for our Fave's collection is different from the other two collections. It's not giving the same sparkling vibe as the other two collection pages:

3. Product Benefits Layout:

 

The layout of the product benefits section could be more engaging. Revamping this area with a more attractive design and a compelling heading will encourage users to read through the perks. For instance, instead of "Questions?", consider using something like "Prompt Support" to capture attention.

 

You should keep this format consistent across all pages, as I noticed there are two different layouts for this section:

4. Disney Parks Trivia:

 

Add a description to inform users about the prize they can win at the end of the Disney Parks trivia. Knowing there’s a reward will motivate them to participate, interact more with this section, and potentially make a purchase after receiving their discount.

5. Sales promotion banner: 

 

I also recommend adding a dedicated section to display your sales promotions. This will help ensure customers notice and take advantage of your offers. If possible, incorporate a time-sensitive element, like a countdown timer, to create a sense of urgency and encourage them to act quickly on the deal. 

 

6. Latest Disney Outfit Section:

 

Include a CTA button in this section to give customers an easy way to explore other parts of your website. This could lead to more clicks and higher engagement.

7. Footer:

 

The email in the footer currently has a strikethrough when hovered over, which can be improved. Also, consider adding more detailed contact information beyond just the email address. This will help reassure customers that your store is legitimate.

 

I noticed that on some pages, the email in the footer does not have a strikethrough; it simply has an underline. You should revamp the footer to ensure consistency across all pages:

8. FAQ Page:

 

Important information like your Shipping Policy and Refund Policy should be more prominently displayed. These are often key concerns for customers. You can hyperlink these policies directly in the FAQ answers, making it easier for customers to find the information they need.

 

9. Product Page:

 

Adding detailed product specifications, such as materials, can help customers make informed decisions. Including a size chart image on the product page itself will allow customers to quickly find the sizing information without navigating away, enhancing their shopping experience.

10. Customer Communication:

 

Consider adding a widget for instant communication, such as a live chat option or a ticket submission form. Additionally, a "Contact Us" page with alternative methods for reaching out would provide customers with more ways to get in touch with you.

@Strugglingowner  Hi! It might help to focus on a specific niche, improve your website's design, and ensure your product pages are compelling. Consider testing different ad strategies and offers to increase conversions. Your site looks promising, but targeted improvements could boost sales. Good luck!
