Congratulations on your new Shopify store. From my experience, I noticed a few things that could be improved on your website.
1. Summarize the content in announcement bar
This lengthy content might be overwhelming for users. To make it easier to digest, condense the information and highlight key points like 'FREE SHIPPING' or 'SAVE10' in bold.
2. Add "Add to cart" button in the product list
By adding an "Add to cart" button in product lists, you can help customers with the trouble of having to click on a product in order to add it to their cart.
3. Include content in the hero banner
To grab customers' attention, consider placing the description directly within the hero banner alongside the featured item. This way, visitors will immediately see an engaging banner with a clear call to action (CTA) instead of a lengthy text above
4. Add Key USPs section with icons
By adding the benefit section, you can quickly introduce your benefits and give a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

6. Add a live chat
Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

Congratulations on launching your first store on Shopify! After spending some time exploring it, I have a few suggestions to help you improve your online store as follows:
1. Improve the Review Section on the Homepage
- I understand that as a new business, you might not have many orders and reviews at this point. I think this review section should be added to the Homepage after you have more than 5 reviews to better enhance the credibility of your store.
2. Content Management
- The content on the Homepage is currently too long and scattered. I suggest you shorten it, keeping it to a maximum of 2 lines, and highlight the keywords that emphasize the branding and USP of your business. For promotional content, you could use pop-ups to draw more attention and reduce the amount of text on your homepage.
3. Hero Banner
- The quality of the images for the hero banner is inconsistent. Specifically, some images are a bit blurry (see the screenshots I took), and the text color is blending into the background, making it a bit hard to read.
- You should also consider the placement of the hero banner, focusing on a slider-style hero banner right under the Menu on the homepage. Additionally, you might consider layouts where one side is an image and the other is text to avoid repetitive content.
4. Other Suggestions
- To make your product more engaging and informative, try adding hover images and more product pictures.This way, when customers hover over the main image, they can see different views, giving them a better idea of the product. It's a simple way to provide extra details and help them feel confident about their purchase. Plus, you can include pictures that show the product next to other items, so customers can easily compare sizes. This little touch can really improve their shopping experience and might even boost your sales!
- For retaining customers, it's helpful to consider loyalty programs.
