Hi @YuWei !
Congrats on launching happybunnybaby.com, I understand how frustrating it can be to get traffic but no conversions.
One thing you might want to try is adding volume discounts or bundle offers to encourage customers to buy more. For example, "Buy 2, Get 10% Off" or "Bundle any 3 baby essentials & save 15%." These kinds of offers work really well in the baby product niche, where people often buy in bulk.
You can easily set this up using the Wizio Bundle - Quantity Breaks app. It lets you:
Create volume discounts (no discount code needed)
Show sticky bundle widgets on product pages
Customize everything to match your store’s branding
It’s a great way to increase average order value and nudge visitors toward making a purchase. Plus, it’s super simple to use, even if you're new to Shopify.
If you’d like, I can also guide you on how to set it up to suit your products. Just let me know.
Thank you.
Hello @YuWei
To better elaborate on your store's current situation and share the feedback accordingly, you can check the feedback I have attached below for better reference:
1. Page Speed. It seems like your store have not got a very good performance on site speed aspect, as from what I checked your website on Google PageSpeed Insights, the scores on your desktop and mobile both are not in a very good situation. You can see the exact score details I attached here to know what I said, and please pay more attention to this section, as it will affect page performance and store conversion when users intend to visit your website.
2. Some product images on the Collection page take longer than usual to load completely. This may be due to too many images existing on your Collection page, and you can optimize this part by using preload techniques. This can be related to the first suggestion I share here about page speed, and you can work on these two together to boost them.
3. There seems to be a large spacing between the icons on the product page. You can work with developers to minimize the space between icons and details on product pages to make them connected. Also, it is better to check on different devices to see if they display correctly.
In summary, you have done a good job on the website so far on most aspects, congratulations! But if you would like to get more sales or conversions, please regularly optimize page content and concentrate more on page performance on Google, especially. You can also click here to do a free SEO check and know more about store situations to check if they meet Google SEO standards or not, when you feel free. Hope what I shared here can make some contribution to your work on the store in some ways. Thank you!
Hi @YuWei ! Looking at your baby products store, I can see you've put effort into creating a clean design and have good product variety. However, there are several critical issues that explain why you're getting 800 visits but zero conversions.
1. Critical Trust & Credibility Issues
Missing Trust Signals:
Brand Authority Concerns:
2. Major Website Performance Problems
Your site has serious speed issues that are killing conversions:
Speed Optimization Needed:
3. Product Presentation Issues
Product Pages Need Work:
Pricing & Value Concerns:
4. Missing Content Strategy
You have no blog content, which is a huge missed opportunity for baby product stores:
5. Recommended Solutions
To fix your conversion issues, I'd recommend implementing Tapita: SEO Optimizer & Speed to address your critical speed problems:
For content creation, Tapita AI SEO Blog Builder can help create valuable parenting content:
6. Immediate Action Items
7. Quick Trust Builders
With baby products, parents need extra reassurance about safety and quality. Your current site doesn't provide enough confidence for first-time visitors to make a purchase. Focus on speed optimization first, then add trust signals and valuable content.
The combination of faster loading times and increased credibility should significantly improve your conversion rate from those 800+ visitors.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. After viewing your website, I believe our expertise could add value to your business.
To convert sales, I would recommend combine retargeting campaigns when launching ads. Lots of merchants who worked with us also faced the same problem - keep spending on ads but conversion rate are pretty low. In this case retargeting campaigns become especially powerful by focusing on people who have already visited your website but haven’t purchased yet. From our previous cases, retargeting ads are much more likely to convert, and this strategy often delivers a much better ROAS compared to standard ads because you’re targeting warm leads who have already shown interest. To manage the marketing efforts easier, you can check out our Ako Marketing App. Our app offers comprehensive retargeting features that can help set up and optimize your campaigns across Google and Facebook directly from your Shopify admin, saving you time and making the process much more straightforward.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don't forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hey @YuWei
When parents land on your site, they need to know right away why they should buy from Happy Bunny Baby. Make sure the value proposition is clear on your homepage—whether it’s your product quality, eco-friendly materials, or competitive pricing. Show your audience what makes your store unique.
Parents want to know that they’re buying something safe and useful. Detailed descriptions that explain how your products benefit babies and parents are key. Also, high-quality images showing your products in use (for example, a baby using your products) will help customers imagine the benefits in real life. Don't forget to add customer reviews—trust is huge in the baby product space!
A complicated checkout process could be a big reason for the drop-off. Try making it as simple as possible—especially on mobile. iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell can help here by streamlining the cart experience and offering easy upsells while your customers are still engaged. Plus, it helps reduce cart abandonment by reminding them of additional products they might like, right before checkout.
Most shoppers are on mobile, so you want to make sure your site is mobile-friendly. Test the Add to Cart button and make sure it’s easy to use. Also, ensure your images and text are resizing properly on mobile devices to avoid any frustrations.
Even if someone leaves without buying, you can still reel them back in! Retargeting ads can help bring them back to your store, while abandoned cart emails can remind them of what they left behind. Simple things like offering a discount in those emails can turn those near-purchases into real sales.
A discount or free shipping offer for first-time buyers could give that extra push. Something like “10% off your first order” can make new customers feel special and help seal the deal.
Parents often have questions before buying, so a live chat or clear customer support section can be a big win. It gives customers the confidence they need to complete their purchase.
