I just created an online store selling baby products 

happybunnybaby.com

however despite running ad campaigns and receiving 800 over site visits, there are 0 conversions.

I would love to help your business out. The problem you are having is that customers are not being pushed to buy your unique offerings. They will quickly take a look and move on. This is called "window shopping". 

 

Recommendations:

  1. Your "About" section should include some personal details like what inspired you to start this business. You should tell the story of YOU so that people have an emotional connection with you and like you more!
  2. Your FAQ is the exact same as the About section. They should contain unique information. Keep FAQ for "boring" facts about the business (everything in the About section should be moved there). See Point 1 for what the About section should contain.
  3. Add more languages such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, French, etc. You should make it easier for foreign customers to buy your products. Adding multiple currencies is a good idea!
