Store help. New store but no sales.

I made this new store and my ads are getting great traffic, but people aren’t buying or even adding to cart. Any suggestions? Help would be very much appreciated.

1. Make the header sticky

A sticky header allows customers to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements whenever they scroll up or down on the page. It is also the fastest and the most useful way to access the necessary information for the customers when they reach your website, like this:



2. Make the CTA more attractive

There is a fact that you have 5 seconds to draw visitors’ attention at the first glance and keep them on your site. Therefore, this is a chance to make visitors to stay, nudge them to click on the CTA and and make purchase decisions.

You can consider making the CTA button more outstanding by adding another hover effect, adjusting the font size to be bigger and changing “Shop all” to capital letters, or changing to different colors for it to appeal to visitors to click on it.



3. Item Alignment

The product lists are not well-aligned with each other since some products have longer tittles and higher images than others.

You can make them align in one line to make the site more professional.



4. Add a countdown timer

It can be seen that you are running a sale promotion for some products. You can consider adding a major Countdown Timer on the Homepage. Showing a timer rolling backward communicates how much time remains before a given action should be taken. It's probably good practice that the shown urgency is authentic and not just made up.



5. Testimonials

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews with both texts and photos to increase the legislation, like this:



6. Showcase your Instagram/ other social profiles

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. Display social media such as Instagram and constantly update the feed.
