I really need some help with my store. I am trying to sell Creatine to martial artists. Can anyone give me a review on the store and be as harsh as needed, kaangraang.co.uk

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1. Add more featured products on the home page with an add to cart button.

2.Featured Products / all Titles should be Optimised and Seo Friendly.

4. Add a Lead magnet section on the Home Page.
5.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page, also this video can be included as home banner as it is attractive.

6.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.

7.Highlight the USP of your product or service.

8.Footer must be compact and informative and should contain all the important links like - About us, Our Story, Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Services, FAQ.

Collection and Product Page:

- Add Product Review on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
- Add Trust Badges bellow add to cart or Buy now Button 

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping

Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

 

1. Homepage

  • Reposition the content and CTA on Hero banner

The banner at the top of your website is crucial because it's the first thing customers see when they visit. You need to make sure it clearly shows what you're selling within the first 5 seconds. Right now, although your banner does show what you're selling, it doesn't have the text and CTA button to attract users. Here's an example from our template:

Also, please make sure that the banners are of high quality. Your image has been cropped and can not visualize your products.

  • Shouldn’t redirect users right from the top of the page

Since there's already a lot to see on your page, you should avoid adding links that take users away from it. This can hurt your conversion rate.

  • Use high-quality images with realistic performance would look much more professional

  • Reduce length and spacing on 2 sides of this section

The length of your video doesn't fit the screen, instead, you should use a rectangle video for a better view.

2. Product page

  • Add more information about a product

I came to your product page but there is not much product information here. You should add more clarity about the porcelain, origin, and ingredients of your product. Especially since this is a supplement product, consumers will be very concerned about this.

  • Add benefit section

Adding a benefits section right after the product details can make it easier for customers to understand the delivery process and customer support. This can build trust, give customers a reason to choose you over competitors, and may reduce the likelihood of them leaving the site without making a purchase.

  • Add testimonials section

This section will help you build customers' trust. You should show rating stars for your product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos. Currently, the “Verified Reviews” make it less trustworthy and the star rating is displayed as text instead of icons making itself less eye-catching. Here is an example of add as text and photos from our template:

1. Homepage

 

  • Add CTA to hero section: A clear CTA button can tell visitor what you want them to do next, whether it’s buy now or explore more.
  • Freeze the header: Not only does it highlight important navigation options but it also helps your customers navigate easily, thus driving more engagement.

2. Product page

 

 

  • Add a secondary hover image: Displaying a secondary image can provide additional visual details of the product, thus enhancing the overall browsing experience.

Take a look at the example below:

  • Add more product images: Lack of an image that displays the product in context or next to other products will make it very difficult for users to easily get a precise impression of the product’s size.

3 types of product images that should always be included for most products:

  • Images that show products “In Scale” 
  • Images that highlight a product’s features: Feature Callout images (highlight specific components/characteristics of a product that users will find valuable; use cases)
  • 3-5 Images that show products from at least a few different angles 

 

 

3. Add Customer Support section

 

Don't overlook the importance of customer support for your new online store. Being available whenever customers need you the most can help drive more conversion to your store. You can add a help widget to the bottom right corner of your website like this:

I have checked your store and below are some suggestions.

 

  1. For Homepage:  
    •  Announcement bar: Please make the announcement bar sticky so that it is always visible to visitors, even if they scroll down the page.image8.png

 

  • Hero Banner: 
  • Add CTA buttons like  "Shop all", and "Shop Now" 
  • Add some text on a banner
  • The image on the banner isn’t attractive. Consider changing it to a high-quality image that is well-composed and highlights the best features of your products. 

For Example:

  • Add more Sections: The homepage is where your customers start their shopping journey. To really persuade them to shop here, consider adding more sections, like Featured Collections or Shop by Category and an Instagram Section.
  • Video section: Make it full-screen.
  • Footer Section: 
    • This section must be properly designed.
    • Include a newsletter signup option for increased engagement.

For Example:

         2. For Product Page:

  • There is no need to include a banner section.

  • Discount Price: It’s nice that you’ve given it a different colour for contrast. However, it would be better if you could make it bold, and increase its size so that it looks more attention-grabbing.

  • Add Product Ratings: When ordering a product, consumers often check ratings, reviews, and feedback.
  • Add a product description section like the one below.

3. For FAQ Page:

  • The heading of your FAQ is not visible. Please change the colour of the heading.
