The payment for subscription was due and the store is locked. We have tried to reopen the store and pay the amount but it says "Cannot be processed" and "Contact support". Need an urgent solution and we are losing customers.
@Hakiclothing1 Only customer support can fix this. Because they need to enable your store manually, I believe. So please contact via email or shopify chatbot for urgent support so that you can fix the issue. Thanks!
@Hakiclothing1 To resolve this issue entirely, you need to click the icon called "Contact support" and let them know your current situation, as it needs authorization from backend and only Shopify can do so.
If you fail to get in touch with them directly, you can also choose to send email to support@shopify.com and wait for their further response. Thank you!
