@Savvy17 hello there I’ve had a look at your store and here are a few suggestions I have on how it could be improved
1) You should add sections for both best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage.
2) You should include customer reviews on your homepage to add an extra bit of credibility to your store. The reviews could even be from sales you made offline as well.
3) You should have a section for FAQs on the homepage. It’s a good way to give answers to questions that may be leading to doubt in some customers.

From both a customer point of view and the perspective of a product executive, here are the things that I believe if you improve, your business will grow strongly:
1. Enhance your site speed
I checked your site performance on PageSpeed Insights, and it seems that both mobile and desktop version are not at it best (please check the attached screenshot). I think the main cause is the auto sliders on your site as it often slower many websites' speed. You should check it again on PageSpeed Insights, look at their Diagnostics part and fix them.
2. Add a favicon
This thing seems minor but actually it makes you look much more trusted and professional. So you must add your logo here.
3. Reconsider the slider section
These automatic running sliders does not only slower your site but also make your customer buying journey less smooth. As you can see from the attached screenshot, there are many products but their names don't appear. And as you have many product categories, this is really ineffective in attract the customer.
Instead of this, I'd recommend you have a hero banner and a strong call-to-action button here.

2. Adding Hero banner
At my first view of your website, there is no such captivating image like Hero Banner to lengthen my attention. Therefore, I suggest your addition of Hero banner with the attractive images and your brand tagline.
3. Naming “Featured products” collection and preview on Homepage with ratings
The products just suddenly appear on Homepage then I did not know they are discounted ones or best sellers. It would be better naming them like “Featured products” collection, “Best sellers” collection, etc.
Also, you can consider leveraging your great sources of reviews and preview their quantities with the products on Homepage because the final purpose of this product display is to boost sales clicks and purchases.

A well-organized homepage guides users seamlessly through content. Consider the following layout:

To make your contact point with customers even better, you could consider adding your FAQ on Homepage and making your "Contact Us" page more attractive.
