my store was taken down because the person who was adding my products posted I had cbd in one of my products which is untrue. Now I’m unable to use my site for sales. How can I get my site back up and running?
Please follow up on the email you would have received outlining why your store was closed. That email is directly connected to the team that can review your case further to determine if your store can be reopened. Response times will vary depending on the number of emails our teams are handling; however, they aim to answer emails within 24-72 business hours.
