Hello! I made a purchase through a store called Paystocks on May 19th the next day I couldn’t access the the website it keeps saying it’s unavailable. I was wondering if there was anyway you guys could help me get in contact with the seller. On PayPal and my bank statement the seller’s name in Diane Martin. Thank you guys so much!!

You're taking the right steps here in terms of trying to contact the seller, as Shopify is a platform where merchants can come to create and host their online stores, but we do not control individual stores or their orders.
When you placed this order, did you receive an order confirmation email?
If so, could you please go to reply directly to that email, so that you will be put in direct contact with the seller.

Hi Lana! Thank you for getting back so quickly! I’ve tried to contact the seller by replying directly to the order confirmation email multiple times but I keep getting an error my my gmail saying that that the email couldn’t be delivered because the domain paystocks .com can’t be found

It may be possible that you need to wait some time for this order as it is relatively recent, but I understand that if they are not responding it can be concerning.
If more than 30 days pass since your order and you still don't hear back, I would also suggest that you go to file a complaint regarding this store here.
Another step you can take here is have a look at our buyer FAQ and contact your bank to see if it is possible to get your money back.
