just recently I have switched to a new computer I had thought all of my notes were transferred over to the new one but I was sorely mistaken when trying to log into my store I don't have the security key in my notes as I did on the computer that is now wiped if someone could pleased help it is pretty urgent and its unfortunate Shopify has no sort of customer service number I'm having to bend over backwards to try and get into my online store 

the email that is tied to the locked out store is apparel@pocketrunners.com

You mentioned you no longer have the security keys for logging in, I take that you're also not receiving the 2FA login code to your phone number or email then? If that is the case and your computer with the information has been wiped then the best and easiest way to get this resolved and regain access to your account is to reach out to our support portal here.

We work off a callback system, so there is no phone number that I can provide. Phone callbacks are currently available depending on our contact volume. You can request a call back via the above link. You can also contact us via chat in that link which is always available 24/7.

 

As you're unable to log in to your store, you will need to select 'I don't have an account' when you visit the support link. Next, you'll be asked to select a topic, which would be 'Account' and then ' Logging in '. Scroll down to the very bottom of that page, and you should see options for phone, chat or email!
