Hey guys, ive had big problems where i get 2-3k sessions with checkouts per day but no purchases. I figured out it was to do with my shipping and country settings. Please can someone confirm that the checkout looks and works well enough for shipping details etc from wherever you are.
I gave your order process a test but I wasn't able to enter an address in Australia. See the error below (that's not my real address).

I was able to enter a sample address to check to see if shipping was available and, while I'm not able to test an order to completion it appears to be showing shipping options okay:
Have you been able to place any full test orders to completion yourself so far in your store?
If you're looking to get more of your visitor traffic turning into happy customers you can work on your conversion rate optimisation.
In more general terms, I'd advise you to think about the customer experience in your store and how you might be able to potentially improve upon it.
