The Shopify Basic Plan The Website Is A Slap In The Face

I recently signed up for Shopify's basic plan in order to begin selling my comic books. The website for their basic plan is a slap in the face to the customer. Website with a white background and one inventory item in the centre of the page. There will be no more customization... WHAT? WTF.

I deleted my store, unsubscribed, and relocated. Pricing tier makes no sense when you could have said no website support rather than providing a crappy webpage option.

Not sure what you are talking about. Shopify's basic plan includes a variety of excellent themes that are free and very customizable. You could have chosen any of these themes: https://themes.shopify.com/collections/free-themes
