the website customization is saving but it is not showing in the live website.

After trying to save my website customizations and publishing it, the theme does not show the changes that was made on the live website 

 

 after doing the customizations and saving them i still dont see it on the live website.

yes i have done the caching problem, i have reset my caches and cookies
from laptop
