It's happening to me right now. THEY CLOSED MY STORE FOR NO REASON After, 4 years my store is opened. Didn't receive any emails about them closing my store so I was running paid apps.
I hold a lot of their stocks, gonna sell it all and close my account. My business is registered and they are closing my shop before Black Friday is not acceptable.
I'm sorry to hear that your store has been closed. While we do not make these decisions lightly, our teams do send out an email to provide insight into why the store was closed. The email may land in your junk/spam inbox or may be mistaken for a phishing email. In any case, I would recommend reviewing your emails to see if an email was sent. If you're unable to find the email, then I would encourage you to contact Shopify Support as they can help with having the email resent to you.
If this is being handled by our Legal team, then our Support will be unable to comment on the issue as we do not have access to Legal tickets for privacy reasons. Replying to the email will be the best step you can take to discuss the issue further.

Can't see my emails since it's link to my shopify domain
No emails. What is Shopify Number so I know what I can do to reopen. I repeat I've been with you since 4 years. My business is legitimate.
Thank you for the context. If you need to contact support then you will need to create a support request through our help center as we do not offer a direct number. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, manually searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. You may need to select "Continue without logging in" if you're unable to log in to your store through the help center.
